Hello All
My name is Dawn Masterson and I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Reiki Practitioner as well as a student working on my MS in Clinical Mental Health and Counseling.
As a student I dedicate half of my week to graduate school and the other half to my massage therapy business. As you can imagine this creates a tight schedule and that is why I am writing this, so that all of my wonderful clients can stay informed on what is going on.
► In order to maintain a more concise schedule I only preform 60 minute massage sessions. With the time needed for school, this plan allows for a smoother work flow as well as a better work life balance. Anyone with a 90 min package will be accepted until the package is completed.◄
► Session prices will be as follows; $100 per 60 minute session or $90 per session with the purchase of a 3 pack. Reiki sessions will be $75 per 60 minute session and $65 per session with the purchase of a 3 pack. ◄
► Types of payment accepted are cash, check, credit/debit card, Venmo, and Cashapp. ◄
► I will be working Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Tuesdays. My schedule changes each season with my classes so Tuesdays may shift to another day in the future. For updates please follow my Facebook Page. ◄
►I've updated my cancellation policy. I am asking that sessions be cancelled or rescheduled 36 hours in advanced. First time offenses will receive a warning, 2nd will be charged a $30 fee, and 3rd and future sessions will be fully charged. ◄
►Many of you have been gracious about my schedule changes as I work through school and my disability, and to show how grateful I am, I'm adding a clause stating that for any session I reschedule or cancel with less than 36 hour notice I will give that client a $5 credit. ◄
► Lastly is the new booking system. I will be using my own system starting in January. If you have read through these changes and still wish to be a client please send me a text saying that you'd like to be added to the new system. Client's who text me will have first pick of dates in the new year before my schedule goes live. ◄
